How we know what we know

Every condition, every diet, every major ingredient flag — with the research, guidelines, and practitioner work behind it.

Every condition and every major ingredient flag in Velrae Method is informed by published research, clinical guidelines, or named practitioner consensus. Where evidence is contested, we say so. Where it’s folk wisdom that predates the evidence, we say that too.

This page is the source you can hand your doctor. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Always work with your physician, dietitian, or specialist.

How we work

  • Where guidelines disagree, we follow the more conservative one.
  • Where practitioner consensus runs ahead of RCT evidence, we cite both and flag the limitation.
  • Where folk wisdom predates evidence, we flag as user-reported triggers.
  • We don’t cite Wikipedia or general health blogs as primary sources.
