Grading a restaurant dish from a plain-English description — “egg salad sandwich with chips” — is harder than reading a label. Velrae infers the hidden ingredients (the mayo, the cooking oil, the salt), calibrates the portion for the kind of place you’re eating, and grades the result for your body — so you get your answer before the plate arrives.

Why it’s a separate, paid add-on. All of that runs on genuinely advanced technology, and it costs us something real every single time it’s used. Charging for it on its own is exactly what keeps the base app so inexpensive — anyone who never eats out, or never needs this, never pays a cent for it.
